The CI-95A has a stainless steel enclosure, and our most popular model. It is an active air microbial sampler used in either sequential or continuous monitoring applications in aseptic areas.
The CI-95A is able to accommodate either industry standard 90 mm petri dishes, or RODAC plates; and is available in either 25 LPM, 1 CFM, or 100 LPM flow rates. The lower flow rates of 25 LPM or 1 CFM are recommended for continuous monitoring applications. Testing has confirmed that up to 3 hours (possibly longer) of continuous sampling with a custom agar fill of 40mL in a 90 mm petri dish is possible. Independent validation is recommended.

The CI-x5x Series is a pharmaceutical grade 4-channel portable particle counters that comes in your choice of 1 CFM, 50 LPM, 75 LPM or 100 LPM flow rates.
Each model comes standard with an RS-232 serial interface, and is further differentiated by a variety of other data communication interfaces (Ethernet TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and USB).
An internal thermal printer, no plastics, VHP compatibility, fully integrated battery charger, internal sample data memory storage, integrated mass flow meter with automatic flow control, and other advanced features make Climet unique in the market.
Seamless stainless steel enclosure simplifies cleaning and sanitation. Climet Model CI-3100 Trident Series
BioPharmaceutical grade, a 2-channel (0.5 µm and 5.0 µm) particle counter with a 10,080 sample memory buffer, integrated light ring, and enhanced diagnostics. It is the first particle counter with a built-in vacuum pump offered with Power-Over-Ethernet (POE+). The CI-3100 TRIDENT Series is fully compliant with ISO 21501-4; PIC/S; FDA CGMP; EU GMP, Annex 1; ISO 14644-1/2:2015; 21 CFR Part 11, and others.
The CI-3100 TRIDENT Series primarily differs from the CI-3100 OPT, in that it provides sample data memory buffer for up to 10,080 samples (up to 1 week).
Trident Series is the first particle counter with a built-in vacuum pump that operates with Power-over-Ethernet (POE+). This technology injects power and ground onto standard network cabling, thus eliminating the need for wall power. POE+ is a much sought after technology given safety protocols of some of the larger pharmaceutical and biotechnology producers. Alternative configurations also include Wi-Fi with wall power, or standard Ethernet TCP/IP with wall power.
One of the first recognizable differences is the user enabled/disabled Light Ring, which allows a 360 view of sample status. The Trident particle counter also comes with output contact closures allowing simple and easy connectivity to an external light tower.
An optional Relative Humidity (RH) and Temperature probe is now available.
Sample data is provided end-users with a choice of either Ethernet Modbus, or CSV file upload; and the Trident model connects to existing network infrastructure. The sample data output is 21 CFR Part 11 compliant, and can be easily uploaded into standard environmental monitoring systems including LIMS software. Wi-Fi synchronization and CheckSum insures data integrity and compliance with 21 CFR Part 11.
