A Midwest-based media manufacturing company needed to expand a new wing for the production of COVID-19 sample collection materials, and the project needed to be completed in record time. In addition to the new wing, the facility engineers and contractors also needed to source equipment for production — specifically autoclaves.

The Solution: A collaboration between D.A.I. Scientific & Consolidated Sterilizer Systems

D.A.I. Scientific and Consolidated Sterilizer Systems (CSS) worked together with the project team to discuss important cycle needs and programming. They provided specifications, drawings and utility requirements in a timely and detailed manner and prioritized production for the two 24” x 36” x 72” autoclaves.

The Result: Complete customer satisfaction — and another order

D.A.I Scientific and CSS not only met the deadline, but also provided installation setup and training. The facility was extremely pleased with the seamless collaboration, the results of the project and how the entire team worked together to meet the deadlines. Which resulted in a the client ordering two additional units.
